How to make
Ingredients:
2-Eggs
1- Onion chopped
1-Chopped tomatoes
Green chillies chopped
Salt to rasre
1/2 tsp pepper
Curry leaves
Chopped ginger
20 ml oil
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp tumeric powder
1/2 capscume1/4 cup of bell peppers
Coriandar
Take a bowl and add the 1/2 tsp tumeric powder
Add the 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
Pinch of salt and pepper
Whisk egg

- Heat the pan and add the oil
- Add chopped onion
- Add chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 tbsp chopped capsicum
- 1 tbsp chopped bell peppers
- Chopped ginger
- Chopped green chillies
- Curry leaves
- Mix all the ingredients
- Pour the eggs
- Stir the mixture
- Cook for about 3-4 min
- Turn the omelette from one side to the center
- Cook for 2-3 minutes
- Gamish with coriandar
- And omelette is ready serve it hot
