How to make Sambhar Masala
Ingredients:
75 gram sanbhar masala
10 gram chana dal
25 gram urad dal
25 gram dry red chillies
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp fenugreek seeds
1tsp black pepper seeds
10 gram chana dal
25 gram urad dal

1 tsp fenugreek seeds

Method :
- Take a pan and heat it.
- Add the split bengal garam masala and urad dal.
- Roast them untill they light golden brown on medium flames.
- When its color is golden brown then take it out from the pan.
- And then heat the pan and add black pepper,red chillies, fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds and coriander seeds in a pan.
- Roast them on medium flame till they become light golden in color & crispy.
- Keep them side to cool and then we will grind them.
- Grind roasted lentill and spices into a fine powder.
- Sieve the prepared sambhar masala to remove and kind of raw spice particles.
- Sambhar nasala is ready.
