How to make Pizza Paratha
Ingredients:
Maida 2 cup
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Dry active yeast - 1 tsp
Oil - 4 tbsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp

For stuffing:
- Mozzarella cheese - 50 grams
- Green coriander - 2 tbsp (Finely chopped)
- Chopped Cabbage - 100 grams
- Babycorn - 2-3
- Capsicum -1
- Black pepper - less than 1/4 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Grated and paste ginger - 1/2 inch
- Chopped green chilly -1
Method :
- Maida Add yeast , salt, sugar and 2 tbsp oil.
- Mix all ingredients.
- Knead flour with help of lukewarm water to make soft dough.
- Keep kneading like for 5-6 mints.
- Spread some oil on top of dough.
- Cover it and keep it aside for 2 hrs.
- Slice all vegetable.
- Grate the cheese and mix in vegetable.
- Add green coriander + black pepper +green chilly + ginger + salt in vegetable.
- Mix all ingredients.
- Again knead the dough.
- Divide the dough into 2 parts.
- Roll 1 dough into circle with 5-6 inch diameter.
- Now palce half amount of vegetable on it.
- Seal from all sides .
- Flatten the stuffed ball.
- Keep it 1/2 cm thick.
- Preheat a tawa and spread some oil.
- Cook on low flame for 30 mnts then turn.
- Cook untill brown .
- Serve hot.
