How to make Chicken 65
Ingredients:
Chicken- 1/2 kg
Egg 1
Black peppar powder- 1 T sp
Garam masal powder-1 spoon
Ginger small garlic cloves-9
Coriander leaves
Cumin-1 spoon
Coriander powder-1 spoon
Red chilly powder-1 spoon Salt to taste
Orange red color
Corn flour-2 spoons
Oil for deep fry
Slice ginger & Garlic & Green chilly
Ajinamoto-1 spoon
Red chilly sauce-2 spoons
Green chilly-3-Slice
Egg 1
Black peppar powder- 1 T sp
Garam masal powder-1 spoon

Preparation:
- Make ready all the ingredients.
- Add washed chicken.
- Add 2 tb spoons corn flour.
- Add 1 spoon salt.
- Add 2 spoons black pepper powder.
- Add curry & Coriander leaves.
- Add 1 spoon ginger garlic paste.
- Add 1 spoon garam masala.
- Add 1 Egg
- Add 1 spoon coriander powder.
- Add 1 spoon ajanamoto and mix well,
- Marinate 10 mnts.
Method :
- Heat oil till bubbles come.
- Drop Marinated Chicken & Fry for 10 mnts on Medium flame.
- Turn both sides & fry.
- Fry till golden color.
- Make ready all Ingredients.
- Add red color to water .
- Chicken was well cooked.
- Take out & Drain Aside.
- Add 2 spoon oil in a pan.
- Add cumin.
- Add ginger slice fry.
- Add garlic slices & fry.
- Add green chilly slice & fry.
- Add ginger garlic paste & fry.
- Add curry leaves & Coriander leaves.
- Add red chilly sauce 2 spoon .
- Add red color water.
- Add garm masala 1 spoon.
- Add 100 ml water.
- Add salt & red chilly powder.
- Add fried chicken .
- Fry for 5 minutes on sym.
- Chicken 65 is ready.
